Membership and purchase information.When you sign up for a membership or purchase apparel or other products, we collect information necessary to process and fulfill your order. Health and medical information.
As part of the membership intake and personal training assessment process, we may collect health history, injury history, current fitness levels, and other information relevant to your training. This information is used solely to design appropriate programming, ensure your safety, and deliver effective coaching. It is not shared with third parties except where necessary to protect your health or safety in an emergency.
Emergency contact information.
We collect the name and contact information of an emergency contact for all members. This information is used only in the event of a medical emergency and is not used for any other purpose.
Personal training records.
If you participate in personal training at NTA, your coach may maintain session notes, performance records, and programming logs. This information is used to track your progress and inform your coaching. It is accessible only to your coaching team and authorized NTA staff.
Photo and video consent.
No Tomorrow Athletics photographs and films training sessions, classes, and gym activities for use in marketing, social media, and editorial content. By becoming a member or participating in activities at NTA, you acknowledge that you may appear in photos or videos captured at our facility or at NTA-affiliated events.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, notify us in writing at privacy@notomorrowathletics.com and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. We will not use photos or videos of members who have opted out in any published or public-facing content.
If you submit a founding member application, purchase a membership, or place an order, you may receive email communications from us related to your inquiry, membership status, or order. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" or by contacting us directly.
Transactional communications — such as membership confirmations, billing notices, and order updates — are not subject to opt-out.
We use industry-standard practices to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel and service providers with a legitimate need.
