The NTA Recovery Room is designed for one purpose: to make everything you do in the gym stick. Reduce inflammation. Clear metabolic waste. Improve circulation. Accelerate the window between sessions so you can train harder, more consistently, for longer.

Target the muscles you'll be loading in class to prime your body and unlock better in-class performance.

Open up range of motion before it matters. The class warm-up builds on this — it doesn't replace it.
